He's Back! Cooking Class & Wines Pairing with Doria Wines at Simpatico - Mangia!
Since our first class was so well received, we were able to book Marco Doria for a second class before he goes back to Italy. Marco will teach us how to make the famous Carbonara Pasta with paired wines from Marco and Cristina's Micro Wineries for a 3 course/3 wines small plate tasting experience!
