About Us

Our story began in 1987 in the charming town of St. Michaels, Maryland! Our first location has been serving up delicious ice cream for over three decades, becoming a beloved spot for both locals and visitors. It’s here that we created the famous Wall of Shakes, a one-of-a-kind collection that has been featured in The New York Times, Washingtonian, Time Magazine,Chocolatier and many more… Justine’s was even recognized as one of the "Top 10 Shops" in the U.S for 1999 by Chocolatier Magazine.
Since opening our second location in Ocean CIty,MD in 2013, we’ve been serving up the same delicious ice cream that made our St. Michaels spot a local favorite. It’s here in Ocean City that our famous Titanic Challenge gained even more recognition, including a feature on the popular food challenge show Man vs. Food.
